1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Syndicate Speed Shop website and the purchase of goods and services from us. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Custom Build Services
All custom motorcycle builds require a signed work order before any work begins. Deposits are non-refundable. Build timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines can shift based on parts availability, fabrication complexity and shop scheduling.
Changes to the scope of a build after work has started may result in adjusted pricing and extended timelines. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
The customer is responsible for registration, insurance and all licensing requirements for completed builds. Syndicate Speed Shop does not handle vehicle registration on your behalf.
3. Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We ship to Canada and the United States only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our facility.
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards processed through Stripe. All transactions are handled securely through their platform.
Custom builds require a deposit to begin work. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones throughout the build. The final balance must be paid in full before delivery or shipping of the completed motorcycle.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to Syndicate Speed Shop. That includes images, designs, logos, text and branding. Do not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without written permission from us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Syndicate Speed Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods and services.
Custom motorcycles are inherently dangerous machines. You ride at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim related to goods or services is limited to the amount you paid for those goods or services.
7. Privacy
We collect only the personal information needed to process your orders and provide our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We may use your email to send order updates and build progress communications.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The venue for any legal proceedings is Squamish, BC.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
