1. Custom Build Services
All deposits for custom motorcycle builds are non-refundable. Work that has been completed is billable regardless of whether you choose to continue with the project.
If you need to pause or cancel a build, contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and materials purchased to date.
2. Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on apparel, accessories or other goods.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the defect. Defective items will be replaced at no cost within 30 days of the original delivery date.
3. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require inspection of the shipment.
4. Cancellations
Merchandise orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom builds cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered. If materials have not yet been ordered, we will work with you on next steps. The deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.
